Furnace, Heat Pump, and AC repair in Eugene OR

Our furnace quit working in January and Hendrix Heating helped to reduce the worry and made it easy to replace it in a hurry! Sean was very helpful and responsive. He really thought outside the box and suggested a product new to us and we love it! We’ve had the new system for nearly 2 months and we couldn’t be happier. Everyone that I worked with from office staff to installers were very professional and friendly.

I always ask for Willie when scheduling my yearly ductless heatpump maintenance service. Willie does a great job of inspecting and cleaning both the indoor and outside units. I appreciate how he explains any observations or concerns he has upon his inspection. He also shows respect for our home, always wearing shoe coverings when inside.

Awesome experience

Jesse is an excellent rep for HH. He called ahead and was there right on time (actually he had to wait a bit due to miscommunication at our house). Very pleased with his check-up of the system. Price was even more reasonable than last time. Surprise, surprise!

The only problem I have is in the filter arena! My filter is 5 inches thick and you only have 4 inch. The other is I should get a discount if I supply my own filter.

They already service our one ductless unit so we had them install a split heat pump unit in the back half of the house. They arrived on time, installed the two ductless systems in our back bedrooms. Everything was professionally done. They cleaned up after themselves and I couldn't be happier with the install. I definitely will keep using Hendrix for the service. I have zero complaints or concerns.
