I am 100% happy with the service I'm given by the representative of Hendrix Heating. I'm always asked if there is anything else needing attention and he explains things so I can understand what he's doing.

We had the duck less heat pumps installed in three bedrooms and the family room. The heat is evenly distributed throughout the house. The summer will be sweet too since I now have AC in all the rooms. The service men who installed the units were friendly and courteous. Installed the 4 heads and 2 outside units in one day. Ever cleaned up after themselves! I am so happy I went with the Mitsubishi heat pumps in our house.

Sean and Rod were very friendly and knowledgeable with many years of combined experience. All of the paper work needed to file for local, state and federal tax credits was provided by Hendrix making the process hassle free. Our new ductless system keeps our house far more comfortable than the wall heaters did.

Tanner called before he showed up early, a good thing. Fixed the problem quickly and explained why it had happened, and what we could do to prevent it from happening in the future. Worked out very well.

Cameron was willing to listen to me and consider solutions to my gripes, and teach me new things to "play" with on the thermostat (read: miniature computer!!!).

This is the end of my first year & we are still working out the "bugs" to get me comfortable
