think we finally "got it" as I have been much more comfortable since the tune-up
Cameron was willing to listen to me and consider solutions to my gripes, and teach me new things to "play" with on the thermostat (read: miniature computer!!!).

Great service & great customer service!
Josh was great! He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was on time and completed the job in good time. They had everything ready for us to fill out for our rebate form.
