Tech came without a new filter, left hose running on a fill slope creating a 4 inch erosion tunnel, left the system in an Off mode. She suggested replacing filter every three months...at your filter price of $350 that is one $100 a month FOR THE FILTER... wow; might want to warn customers of this!!!

Prompt and Excellent Response
AC stopped working the evening before an expected rare triple digit day. I left early morning messages with several companies; Hendrix returned my call prior to 8am and scheduled a technician for the afternoon window of 1:30-5:30. Jason arrived shortly after 2 and promptly diagnosed and repaired the problem. By 3:00 as the outside temperature was 98 and climbing, the inside temperature was dropping into the upper 70s. 😊
