Alex reviewed the problem (mouse came on the house through heat pump screen and fixed it. He also went further and checked other possible screen problems. He showed me how to make a correction to my thermostat.

Hendrix Heating was able to get someone to my house by noon the day I called them with my HVAC issue. Prior to arrival, Hendrix let me know who would be doing the work and sent a picture of him so I would know what he looked like. Alex did an excellent job in resolving the issue I was having with the hvac fan continuously running. He was thorough and efficient in investigating the issue, informed me of what he checked and what he found to be the issue. It turned out to be a faulty thermostat. He was able to replace my thermostat very quickly with a model that looks very nice and is simple to use. Just what I wanted! Alex was very professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. A great person to work with. After the service, Alex provided a thorough report which included pictures for me to keep for my records. I highly recommend Hendrix Heating and Alex.

Our heat pump went down during the hottest days of the summer…. Seth came out on an emergency call and recharged the system…. Came back a week later and replaced the faulty fittings with bulletproof ones… and then a week later replacement thermal couples… did excellent work and represented your company in the highest level….
