Mitch is a nice person as well as highly competent. My bichon also warmed up to him immediately. 😁. Mitch let me know that next year the compressor may need to be replaced which is helpful.

Tech was great, did a fine job. No mess, easy, friendly. Was surprised at the bill, would suggest that HH provide an estimate next time so Im not surprised.

Technician was professional and courteous, as usual with Hendrix, did some extra work for me (swapped out thermostat), communicated well, professional all around. Obviously I can't attest to how well he cleaned my heat exchange system, but I have a lot of trust in Hendrix. I am skipping the quality of service rating because I am not qualified to judge maintenance work.

Jesse was awesome..quick to repair what needed done and friendly while doing so…even in the extreme heat!!!

Zach is outstanding. He was previously to perform the annual maintenance on my heat pump 2 years ago. He’s friendly and knowledgeable and efficient.

Jesse was on time, followed safety protocols, was thorough and made sure the area was cleaned when he was finished. During this strange time we find ourselves experiencing I felt safe letting him inside my home.

My tech was Willie P & he was super! Considerate, asked questions and listened to the answers.
