Jason was very professional and helpful. He was also very honest that without replacing the broken motor he couldn’t test the system so there may be additional costs when he replaced the part if there were additional non working parts.

Technician arrived within the appointment time slot. Work was complete, service areas were cleaned up, and technician reported on the findings and asked and answered my questions.

Will use Hendrix for all of my heating and cooling needs.
