Jesse was very good at what he knows. Told me I had one problem that need addressed. Told him I didnt have money to buy it right now. Takes me 6 months to save the price of the part. SS dont go very far.

Product and process was well explained. Installation crew arrived on time, worked quickly, and performed quality work. One minor glitch in wiring hook-up, but was quickly solved and explained. Overall, we were pleased with service, pricing and professional manner of work crews. Would happily recommend Hendrix products and services to anyone.

Needed to have my ductless heat pump serviced as it wasn't switching over from heat to AC correctly and kept shutting itself off. Cameron G came out, was here just before 8 am as promised, found the problem and had it fixed in less than an hour! I have found all of Hendrix's representatives to be friendly and personable, and to explain what is happening and why. They always answer my questions in a professional manner.

We love our ductless heat pumps! We want to keep them in excellent working condition.
