Good service and advice. However invoice sent by email listed "replaced remote batteries" and "replaced thermostat batteries". No batteries were replaced. I was surprised that neither tech used shoe coverings while in the house. All other techs over the last five years of annual service used shoe coverings. Not a big deal today since weather was good. Also was told when making appointment and again when i was called to confirm appointment that the tech would call shortly before arriving. No call, but no big deal. We knew when he was coming and he was on time.

mother-earth can present interesting challenges at times. orbital rotation brings a cloudless-sol into direct radiation onto the HeatPumps temperature-probe . . . opps, 30-degree "increase" . . . sensor has been moved and remounted in such-a-way that most of this-difference should be mitigated . . more in about 6-months time . . . stay tuned

Jason from Hendrix Heating & Air Conditioning performed my annual service on my heat pump.He arrived within the time frame promised and was very thorough with both the indoor and outside units. He gave me some advice that no other technician had provided in the several years we've had the system.

I will switch from biannual to an annual service inspection. The air quality in Eugene has deteriorated. The exterior filter on the air conditioning unit was filthy. I can tell a big difference in the interior house air flow now. Much better.
