My wife and I found the technicians who diagnosed and repaired our ductless heating system to be all the things noted above, including being very "on time" The Office staff was also very friendly and pro active. It is no wonder that my cousin, Dan Trachsel, who represents Daiken, recommended Hendrix to us for installation and service of this ductless system.

We trust Hendrix Heating to do the job right & in a timely manner & for a good price.

I was not there and Jason said the clean effects filter was dirty and had not been cleaned by me, the home owner. That is an assumption and not true. I follow the instructions in my users manual and clean it every 60 days. So, either the instructions are not validated, or my vacuum is not effective, or something else is wrong. I would appreciatea follow-up communication to make my cleaning of the filters more effective. I paid over $3,000 for this unit and I clean it according to schedule to get my "money's worth."

When I need any cooling or heating assistance I contact Hendrix. The best recommendation is that I do not remember my parents using other company. They were very pleased and so am I.
