Unlike so many services nowadays, our experience with Hendrix was beyond excellent. You spoke to a real person when you called the office no being placed on hold and navigating through phone menus. Scheduling was quick and worked within our time frame. Their representative Luke walked us through all the options with no pressure tactics at all. He was very knowledgeable about the available products and what would work best with our house and our budget. The work crew arrived on time and was fast, thorough, and clean. They took their own photos of the job they did and were able to provide those to the inspector since he was not on site at the time of work. The job was signed off without problem. You could not hope for a better experience than the work ethic of Hendrix. From the receptionist to the company representative to the workers a huge thank you.

Our experience with Hendrix was great. We called several HVAC companies, and they responded quickly. Scheduled an appointment to evaluate our needs, Sean, the salesman, arrived on time and completed a through inspection of our system. He made reasonable, expert suggestions on improving not only our cooling needs, but also our 27 year old furnace. After receiving all of our bids, and talking with other companies, we chose Hendrix, it wasn't the lowest bid we received, but felt it was the best system. We replaced the furnace and added central air conditioning. The instillation was moved up a week just in time to beat our first Oregon heat wave. The installers, Tanner and Zak were very experienced and professional. The installation was done with precision and attention and detail. The system has kept our house comfortable through the heatwave, with temperatures in the 90's and 100's, without running constantly.
