The two guys who installed my new furnace this week~ Rod and James ~ came on time and even called ahead to let me know they were coming. They were not only efficient, knowledgeable and helpful but really nice too. Rod even fixed my gas fireplace while they were here! Also tuned up my AC and left me filters for the next 12 months. I couldn't figure out how to make the thermostat manual after they left so Hendrix sent someone by that afternoon to do that. Talk about great customer service! So nice to work with a great local company. Oh and my old gas furnace was 20 years old and did not give out great heat. With my new Trane furnace set to 68 it was so warm and cozy the first night that I fell asleep in the living room around 9pm for a few hours. Two days later the house is so warm and comfortable and the walls are no longer cold! So great product, great team and great customer service!

Cameron was more knowledgable of any heating service man I have ever experienced before. He took time to show and tell me so much. He was patient and totally present in his interactions with me. He spotted an important problem that no person had noticed before in how my furnance was really improperly installed from another company in Monmouth by Mark Hamer Cooling Systems.

It is nice to have service appointments being tracked by Hendrix. We had our heat pump/ air handler serviced with emphasis on the pump. This service handled any issues that we might encounter before summer. It's nice to have it done before the mad rush.
