Furnace, Heat Pump, and AC repair in Philomath OR

Brad serviced 3 of our properties today. He diagnosed some issues that he clearly explained, and was quick to note that our systems were in good working order and well maintained. He had an employee shadowing him today, and we were very impressed how professional, patient, and knowledgeable Brad was toward his partner. Yet again, we received impeccable service from Hendrix. Their communication is exceptional--start to finish.

Your tech, Henry, was on time and did a fine job of checking out our HVAC system.

Soooo thorough. We have pets and cleaning our filters is a chore. Super polite and friendly.

Luke arrived 30 to 45 minutes before the scheduled arrival time, which caught me and my wife a little unprepared. A phone call would have been nice and would have confirmed we were home.

He arrived when scheduled, went about his duties.

This is our third home to have service and/or new hvac systems through Hendrix. All across the team from scheduling, bookkeeping, sales, installation etc. We have been thoroughly pleased. Excellent, thorough and professional service every time.

I particularly appreciate that the installation was flawless and the workspace was left even cleaner than they found it.

Brad was early!! And he called before coming to ok early arrival. His work was thorough, efficient, courteous (booties inside - every time). His knowledge was detailed and he willingly explained answers to every question I had. I will continue to have them do our annual maintenance! Very responsive.

Alex was on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had the part needed on hand and had our heat running again within the hour. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

Alex was very professional and helpful in cleaning the existing furnace in a home that we just bought. He also listened well to my concerns about our air quality which led to finding that our current furnace coils were cracked and leaking CO2 into the house. Talk about a life saver. The scheduling department found a cancellation to squeeze in the inspection and proposal for the new furnace solutions, due to my air quality concerns. This moved the inspection up a month sooner than normal scheduling. Way to go team! This our third house that Hendrix has serviced in the Corvallis area and we are very thankful for all their quality employees and workmanship.

We enjoy having Alex come out. He’s very friendly and keeps us informed about what and why he’s doing something. He gives advice when needed.
