Andy B did a yearly service on my ductless heat pump. He was quick, thorough and professional.

I was not able to be here, but Jesse talked to my son-in-law, did great service, took pictures and left a full report. It was just routine service as I have not had single problem with my heat pump.

As usual the service and service technician was great. It would have been great if we could have combined our fall service or the eat pump and furnace with this trip thus hopefully saving us money and you another trip out in 3 months since we are out in the country. But we will see you in August.🙂

Andy called to let us know that he was about 40 minutes away and arrived right on time. After showing Andy where everything was he started. After he was done Andy let us know that he had removed some batteries in the thermostat that were showing signs of corrosion and further informed us that due to the way the system was wired the batteries were not needed. Also, Andy replaced two light bulbs under the house that apparently had burned out so he could see the lower unit ...luckily I had some spares down there just for that purpose. Very happy with his work!

Jesse was very good at what he knows. Told me I had one problem that need addressed. Told him I didnt have money to buy it right now. Takes me 6 months to save the price of the part. SS dont go very far.

Product and process was well explained. Installation crew arrived on time, worked quickly, and performed quality work. One minor glitch in wiring hook-up, but was quickly solved and explained. Overall, we were pleased with service, pricing and professional manner of work crews. Would happily recommend Hendrix products and services to anyone.
